Our surf instructor Berna at Suplife Valencia Surf School, who has lots and lots of experience with surfing, launched a video which I wanted to share with you!
Surfing can be really exhausting. You are out in the sun all day long, paddeling as fast as you can, jumping up, falling in to the water and paddeling again. And I guess we all know that kind of excitement – you really want to keep going and catch more waves! But at some point the body tension simply decreases.
That’s why the best thing to do inbetween the days of surfing is to train you corps! Berna shows you how to train your corps strength where ever you are. Even if you can not make it to the beach, you can always improve your next surfing session by training in advance!
If you don’t want to train alone you can always step by at the Suplife Valencia Surf School! You can either paticipate the Functional Training Lessons or the Surf Lessons and easily meet people and make new friends.
